In 2018, during one of the most challenging years of her life, Coach Toya found strength through fitness. While her husband was hospitalized and on bed rest for a year, she faced a choice—let stress and unhealthy habits take over or take control of her health. She chose the latter, losing 80 pounds and gaining a new perspective on what it truly means to be fit—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Inspired by her own transformation, she became a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Weight Loss Specialist to help others achieve their own fitness goals.
Her mission is simple: to help others take the first step toward a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of themselves.
