Boxing Bootcamp: This class consist of calisthenics abdominal workout plus conditioning.
Burn Class:This class consist of boxing and weight training and slam balls.
Self Defense Class:This is a class you do not want to miss!! You will learn a variety of techniques as well as situation awareness, verbal self-defense, and some practical real-world application.
Weight Loss Class: This class will be strictly for weight loss!! This will be all cardio, weightlifting cardio, and boxing cardio. You will receive some information on what foods are best when striving to loose weight.
