Boxing Bootcamp: Boxing Bootcamp classes are held on Monday Mornings from 9:00am to 10:00am and Monday Evenings from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. This class consist of calisthenics abdominal workout plus conditioning. 
Burn Class: Burn classes are held on Wednesday Mornings from 10:00am to 11:15am and Wednesday Evenings from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. This class consist of boxing and weight training and slam balls.
Self Defense Class: Self Defense classes will be held on Wednesday Evenings from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. This is a class you do not want to miss!! You will learn a variety of techniques as well as situation awareness, verbal self-defense, and some practical real-world application.
Weight Loss Class: Weight Loss Class are held on Friday Mornings from 10:00am to 11:00am and Friday Evenings from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. This class will be strictly for weight loss!! This will be all cardio, weightlifting cardio, and boxing cardio. There will all so be some information on what foods are best when striving to loose weight.
